“Jenny was highly recommended to me after I had fractured my hip. Since then she has been responsible for my getting on the road to recovery. She is extremely pleasant, but this does not prevent her from working you hard in order to make things better! What I particularly admire is that every visit does not just repeat previous ones. Nearly every time new exercises and challenges are introduced. I would recommend her very highly.”

I was recommended to Jenny through a colleague of her’s. I had knee pain and was advised to have physio on it. Jenny came to my home and first seeing her she made me
feel at ease. She then checked me over and then started the exercises. She then left and returned in three weeks to see how l had progressed. She was well impressed. She is such a lovely and pleasant person l would recommend her to any one needing physio. Also she is there if l need any more help Jenny a big thank for all the help you gave me. THANK YOU.

I contacted Jenny following my discharge from hospital after having a sub-arachnoid hemorrhage. At the time, whilst I was able to mobilise, I was lacking confidence and unsteady on my feet and wanted to know that I was doing all the things I needed to do to reach my full potential. Jenny was very approachable, listened to all my concerns and was easy to talk to. She was always kind caring and professional. She was very patient when showing me exercises and gave me the encouragement I needed. From seeing Jenny I feel as though I have recovered to my maximum potential. She has given me the confidence that I am now able to go out for walks by myself. It was definitely money well spent and I would recommend her to anyone!

“I have been struggling with my balance and walking for several months. When a neurologist advised me to have intensive physio for 6 months I referred myself to 4ward Physiotherapy Ltd.

Last year I had about 12 falls indoors and outside which made me lose all my confidence and independence.

I was assessed by Jenny and further sessions were arranged with Louise. Even during lockdown, Louise has helped and encouraged me in many ways to improve my strength and balance. Always friendly and generous with her time.

I am pleased the exercises given to me have improved my strength in my weak hip and leg and although it’s a challenge for me I am now walking in my local park with the aid of a stick. I hope to improve further with more sessions.”

“Jenny and Louise both did amazing work with my 95 year old grandmother, helping her to walk again after she had surgery to fix a hip fracture.
Their reports after each session were a lifeline for us as a family after we were unable to visit because of covid.
They worked really well with members of staff at the care home, to give them the confidence to support my granny’s walking when they were not there.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. Super professional, lovely to speak to and brilliant at what they do.”

“Thank you Jenny for your excellent support & service. Your expertise & patience were the absolute key to rehabilitation of my mobility issues.
The improvement in my quality of life is far better than I dared hope for.”

I needed a physiotherapist to help aid my recovery from an recent arthroscopy and a longer term back problem. Jenny was recommended and as a result of her interventions, I am very happy to have regained my mobility. Her professionalism is matched only by her expertise and medical understanding, all of which inspired my complete confidence in her abilities. Not only did Jenny get me walking again unaided, but she has enthused me sufficiently to try Pilates! I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending 4ward Physiotherapy.”

John has changed from someone who had no faith in physiotherapy…’it doesn’t work for me’ to a chap who faithfully will not miss out on his exercise routine! All down to you! Thank you.

“I have recently completed a course of treatment with the Team, following a diagnosis of neuropathy and poor balance. The Physiotherapist’s were very thorough in their assessment and subsequently treatment programme.
They kept constantly in touch between treatments with information online.
They also liaised with my Gp.
My balance is now very much improved. I now know what exercises and strategies I need to carry out in my own time, to maintain my strength, balance and mobility.
I would throughly recommend this; very helpful, professional and dedicated team of physiotherapist’s.”
